- Objective: Compose multiple sponsorship activations to create heightened visibility and brand awareness.
- Our Approach: TGG executed activations including a traveling Mother's Day video booth, custom-themed Houston Rodeo tent, Fit-Fests, H-E-B mascot LED wall activity, college roadshows with a massive kick-game, Byron Nelson two-story deck, Mi Tienda roadshow, and food and wine festivals.
- Impact: H-E-B promoted its app, driving onsite downloads. Digi Deals onsite provided in-store usability, showcasing customer value and reinforcing its competitive edge.
Coca-Cola: MSC Qualifiers Weekend
- Objective: Coca-Cola bottler qualifiers from around the globe compete yearly for the Market Street Challenge title. During a three-day event, attendees are treated to exclusive brand experiences.
- Our Approach: TGG and its partner merged the Coca-Cola brand with cocktail receptions, private dinners, beautiful city tours, celebratory evenings, and luxurious stays to deliver on the company's yearlong contest goals.
- Impact: Even though one winner was announced, the Coca-Cola brand won as a whole by employees experiencing their own brand in a new way — seeing it from a new perspective and feeling the hard work pay off through reward.
Central Market: Hatch Has Landed!
- Objective: Create an out-of-this-world, 150-piece drone show to help Central Market promote its in-store Hatch Chile Pepper promotion.
- Our Approach: TGG produced an alien-themed drone show. The "drone cloud," featuring bright green lights, was choreographed via computer to form shapes in the sky over an open field.
- Impact: The drone show attracted local media attention, thousands of real-time views, and social media mentions.
Code42: Client Advisory Board Meeting
- Objective: Not every impactful event needs to be a large scale production. For Code42, a leading Saas tech company, the goal was simple yet powerful - create an intimate space for meaningful client interactions ahead of a major tech conference in San Franciso.
- Our Approach : The team curated a thoughtfully designed retreat, selecting a semi-private, upscale resort to provide an exclusive and inviting atmosphere. Over two days, we seamlessly integrated the business agenda into a dynamic yet relaxed setting, incorporating work sessions, curated group outings, and personalized gift experiences that enhanced engagement and connection.
- Impact: The results? A rewarding experience that set the stage for ongoing client engagement with greater alignment and a strategic foundation for future growth - all achieved without the need for a massive production.
Choctaw Casino & Resort - Durant Mid-Autumn Festival
- Objective: To create an immersive, community-driven celebration of the Mid-Autumn Festival, honor Asian cultural traditions, and enhance brand visibility through a series of meaningful and memorable experiences.
- Our Approach: In collaboration with Choctaw's multicultural agency, we executed three culturally rich Mid-Autumn Festival Activations. Through authentic programming and thoughtfully integrating heritage and entertainment, we produced an experience that resonated with attendees while reinforcing the brand's recognition of cultural celebration.
- Impact: The activations strengthened the brand's connection with the local Asian American community, elevated brand awareness, and positioned Choctaw as a welcoming destination for all.
